  • Wear comfortable, fitted workout clothing that allows your instructor to see your form. Grippy socks are required for all classes.

  • Perfect! Many of our clients start with no experience. Reformer Fundamentals and Private Sessions are great entry points. Our instructors will guide you every step of the way.

  • Yes, as long as you cancel more than 12 hours before class start time. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged a fee to honor our teachers’ time.

  • Absolutely. Many of our clients come to us during injury. Let your instructor know before class and we’ll provide intelligent modifications. Private Sessions are also an excellent option for tailored support.

  • Absolutely! We love welcoming moms-to-be to our Reformer Vitality and Solo Adventure sessions, as long as you’ve got the green light from your healthcare provider.

    If you’re over 30 weeks, we recommend Solo Adventure sessions for extra comfort and a more personalized experience.

  • To schedule a private session, please email us at info@kin-kollective.com with your preferred day, time, and location (Cobble Hill or Brooklyn Heights). Our team will assist you with instructor availability and booking.

  • Just yourself and grippy socks. We provide all equipment and props. A water bottle is optional — hydration is encouraged.

  • Our team is happy to help. Reformer Vitality is the best place to begin, especially for those new to Pilates. It builds a strong foundation while remaining supportive and adaptable to different experience levels.

    Reformer Longevity is specifically designed to be accessible for beginners as well as those recovering from injury, with an emphasis on controlled, thoughtful movement.

    If you have a background in Pilates or other movement modalities and are looking for a more dynamic challenge, Reformer Vigor offers a higher level of intensity and complexity.

    You can also schedule a Private Session for one-on-one guidance tailored to your experience, needs, and goals.

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class so we can get you settled in. Clients may enter class up to 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. After that, entry is not permitted to ensure safety and minimize disruption.

  • KIN isn’t just a workout, it’s a return to what your body truly needs. We teach the “why” behind each movement and focus on long-term strength, mobility, and awareness. This is movement for life, not just for sweat.
